I am a resident at Skyrise Luxury Apartments. First and foremost, this is a wonderful place to live. The office staff HAS been overhauled. The staff has been in place for over a year. They are effecient, professional, and personable. The service done by the maintenance staff is quick and done right the first time. I have never had to have them come back. I have even heard other residents say they stay because of the maintenance staff. And residents talk!
The building is very clean and presentable. My friends from downtown Chicago were very impressed by the building and my apartment. And, come on guys the apartments are so far up, noise has never been an issue. The underground parking garage is one of the best amenities. I can park my car, grab a cart, and throw all my groceries in and head right up to my apartment with ease. AND, the 68 channel satellite cable is FREE!
And for the amenities put on by the staff, we have many to choose from. They have coffee and cakes available every Friday morning. There is a newsletter that comes out every three months full of information involving downtown events. I never knew so much was going on in downtown Kalamazoo. This past Christmas the staff hosted a classy holiday party for all the residents.
Skyrise has a private parking lot available for residents as well. AND, it's FREE! Unlike other apartments downtown, which charge you for a spot no matter what, Skyrise doesn't do that.
There is drycleaning available for pick up/drop off right down in the office.
The clubroom located in the lobby is free to rent for residents and their guests. The beautiful courtyard located out back is a great place to relax and read a book.
