I researched all of the apartments in Kalamazoo and Tall Oaks was the winner for me. You can not beat the place. Hot water and gas are included. There is a washer and dryer in every apartment. Not to mention the place was just built so everything is new. I have lived here since April of 2009 and can't say enough about how great the staff is. Anytime I go into the office they know me by name and are very helpful with whatever I need. Great place to live!
