I lived here for only a year and couldn't wait to get out. Rent was WAY too expensive for a little studio apartment. The furniture was horrible. My bed was shaky, the couch was uncomfortable. They didn't clean it out from the last person and I had to spend my first day in the apartment scrubbing it down.
It also must be poorly insulated, because I had to have my heat and a/c continuously on to make it a comfortable temperature.
Then I get the bill from moving out...CHARGES CHARGES CHARGES, even though my boyfriend and I SCRUBBED it clean and even had the carpets professionally cleaned. Pure bull s***.
