The apartments are very small, management is horrible, the furniture is uncomfortable. My heat bills were outragous because the building is sinking into the ground and I had an inch gap between the window sills and the windows. My front door at times would not even close, let alone lock. If you want sleep, forget it; not only because college students tend to be a bit noisy, but because the design of the apartments is so that the noise is magnified ten fold. The towing policy is ridiculous; the towing company waits in the lot 24/7 for a car to tow, so even in the time it takes for you to get a visitor's pass from a friend, your car will be hooked up and dragged away with sparks flying because they don't hook them up properly. There are much better, less expensive, and bigger apartments in Kalamazoo to choose from.
