Seek other apt's first

I have lived here for 2 years as they suckered us in to renew by giving a great deal. The apartments are shoddy and seem to be falling apart as you can hear everything in your own apartment as well as below and above you. The people above us were so out of control a light bulb in the living room fell out from the track lighting and broke. They say there is concrete separating each floor, but it is more like cardboard.
The doors are crap and you often have to push all of your weight onto the door in order to lock it. If you call to have it serviced they send you an $80 bill 2 weeks later for replacing something that clearly still looks like crap. It takes maintenance forever to do something as they have 2 people working but you often times can find them socializing on their little golf carts.
Management sucks too! They just got a new manager in there not to long ago and it's a toss up as to who is worse, and the little kiddies they have working in there never know anything and when you ask to talk to the manager you have to first make an appointment, or leave your phone number and she will get back to you in about 2 weeks.
The internet goes down frequently, was down for almost 2 months at the beginning of the year and they could have cared less. The computer/copy room is useless as the copier usually never works so you have to go to the office anyways, and if it is after hours you are out of luck. Computers never work and I have yet to see a printer work in there in the 2 years I have been here.
The only thing this place has going for it is that it comes furnished, I think the furniture is very comfortable and the price is very competitive with other properties around kzoo even though they are furnished. Overall, I would seek other apartments before getting suckered into living here.
