JC (or the Point) is a good first apartment for anyone coming out of the dorms. It gives them the perfect example of what an apartment shouldn't be. The noise is obscene - the walls and doors are paper thin, and if you have the room on the porch, you will never get a good nights sleep. From Thursday to Sunday, this place never sleeps. They also charge you an arm and a leg after you move out for random fix-ups, even if you didn't cause them. Make sure when you fill out the damage sheet at the beginning of the lease that you put down EVERYTHING THAT COULD EVER GO WRONG. There's tons of parking, and as long as your visitors have a pass, they'll never be out a spot. The place is small and it gets annoying after a while, but for someone who doesn't know anything else about living in an apartment, this place seems to work.
