I've been here for a year and I'll be moving out shortly as I graduated. I can say that I don't really love or hate the place, it's alright enough and is fairly safe compared to other nearby areas. I do like the fitness area (except that basically, if there is more than 2 people in there, you may have to wait a while to do things) and the pool area is nice as well. I have not had a problem with the furnishings or appliances, and it's very nice to have them in the apartment. The internet is alright as well.

However, the walls are fairly thin, I heard my upstairs neighbor throwing chairs or just other loud noises that were unnessary at all hours of the night. The staff is ok, but some of them are phonies that just want your rent money and make sure you live again next year. I actually had someone hassle me while I was working out telling me that I needed to renew my lease. There is way too much trash on the grounds, plenty of class and cans all over. After going out for the weekend, it can be hard to find a parking spot with all the guests there. I've heard that they are notorious for charging for "damages" after you move out, but I don't have experience with that yet. Their "accountant" once put my rent check into another person's account and I almost got evicted.

It's tolerable, but you could maybe save a few bucks and get a place that's a little bigger. I've already graduated, but even if I didn't, I would probably look for other places.
