First of all, think about how much money these people are making off of you if you are EACH paying 300-450 a month. I lived in an apartment with 3 other people, and we each payed 395.00 a month. Thats 1,580.00 that they were raking in from us....and for what' They half assed everything that they ever came to "fix," and yes they do barge in without knocking. I woke up one morning to find two men standing in my bedroom messing with my smoke alarm. If you can manage to get through the year, you had better make sure that you did so living in a plastic bubble. If not they will charge you for every speck of dirt they find. I got charged 140.00 for a new mattress. I never once used the mattress, i brought my own, and stored theirs in THEIR STORAGE UNIT. I inquired about this, and Mr.Accounting showed me a tiny yellow spot on the mattress. He then asked me, in a very snotty way, "Excuse me, but do YOU have a degree in accounting'" what the heck'! They were absoloutly horrible and my roommates and I could not have been happier upon moveout. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you have a very large prescription of prozac waiting for you.
