I just moved in here for the first time in August. When I first walked into my actual apartment it smelled really weird and was sooo dirty and discusting. I seriously almost threw up while cleaning the bathroom for the first time. The insulation, there might as well not be any. I live in a 4 bedroom and the back two bedrooms are always freezing cold if it's cold outside. It gets really, really noisey Thursday-Saterday night, but that's not a big problem for me. I'm a little scared to move out of here after what I have heard of the charges that they screw you with though.
