The Pointe knows that they can get students no matter what so they treat their residents unfair. First of all you can get so much more value from other apartment complexes around Kalamazoo. For example you can get a bigger layout, with larger rooms and your own bathroom for $50 less a month including utilities.
The "24 hr maintenance" is very low quality. I had an overflowing toilet that had stuff coming out of it and it took them 2 hrs to decide that it was a big enough emergency to come out and fix.
You will actually pay for a whole month's rent for August but not be able to use the whole month's worth.
They cheat you out by buying a crappy internet service
THEY ARE POORLY DESIGNED!
