This is the epitome of "apartment rip-offs". First of all, this place isn't as beautiful as it looks, so don't be fooled! The management sucks, which mainly comprises of students. It's either those students are retards, or they've been trained to be retards, but this place doesn't care about your welfare, they're only interested in how well they can exploit you.
I moved outta this place in 2004, and was properly checked outta there, only for me to receive a letter from a collections agency, two yrs later, stating that i owed this retarded apt. complex about $260 for damages. Can you imagine that!!! TWO FREAKING YRS LATER!! WHO DOES THAT!!! Worst of all, the charges were all false. Oh!! did i forget to tell you that my car got broken into once, my tires got slashed twice, and guess what' They apt. management said there was nothing they could do!!!
Please save your money, and time. I moved into the Arboretum, and Hunter's Ridge afterwards. They are absolutely gorgeous. Definitely worth my money!!!

First of all the students are not "Retards". They are hard working individuals. They are working at a place that offers them a great opportunity to get into the business/management feild and offer them a great place to live too! I'm pretty sure that this person didn't get a letter 2 years after, they are for sure exagerating. And with the whole tire slashin thing, it's private property so they would have to deal with the police. And really, maybe if this person was a little nicer than they sound on here they wouldn;t have gotten their tires slashed in the first place.....did they think about that?
