I would suggest everyone avoids this place. At first it seemed pretty nice and a very reasonable price but once you move in you realize its the biggest mistake you have ever made. When I moved into my apartment the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely messy the carpet was trashed. After a few nights you realize you can hear every footstep the poeple above you take and pretty much any noise from the surrounding appartments plus noise from the new appartment complex behind it. If you wanna think about having some friends over you might as well forget it unless your rich. My roomates and I had a few poeple over and we are now facing 1400$ in fines for some poeple peeing outside and dumping beer on the security car and they cant even tell us who the people were or if they even came from our apartment. There are hundreds of poeple walking around the Pointe each night on on the weekend yet it was our fault that some poeple peed outside our building. The management is very rude and basically will try to fine you for everything possible my friends that lived here the year before just got a letter in the mail about a month ago that they each owed 600$ after they moved out. The maintenance and staff are worthless we requested to have my roomates mattress removed before we moved in because he had his own and it sat on our porch for about 3 months after we had asked them a few times to remove if before they finally removed it after fining us. We have also had a broken toilet for about a month now that is still not working. You would be extremely crazy to live here especially now that it wont even be a cheap apartment because they are raising the prices for next year it is going to be more expensive then many of the other apartments in Kalamazoo even though its not as nice and its in a worse location than other apartments. Id say the only plus side of this place is there is alot of parking but thats going to become an issue as the apartment complex behind us has almost no parking and everyone from there is starting to park here more and more.

HEY WHO EVER THIS IS.. the same exact thing happend to me. I have had small parties every now and then... however one night when no one was home we have a noise violation, and they have charged us for someone peeing off of our balcony...when no one is home!!! that is a little weird if you ask me.
