The Pointe has been very unethical the past couple of weeks. When we signed a lease here, we went in knowing that there was one security guard whose job was to make sure cars were not broken into because that used to be a serious problem here.

A couple months into our stay here, we received a note saying that they were going to enforce this whole new security force who can fine you for such things as driving recklessly, too much noise, animals, trash, and basically being a colleg student.

Sense then we have received a noise violation because the cops were called on us and a reckless driving ticket, each for $100. The noise violation was rediculous because there was music coming off a laptop and maybe 13 people in our apartment, half of who were sitting at our dining room table. The reckless driving ticket has no car, license plate, name, make, model, anything. It just made its way to our mailbox.

Please take this seriously as I did not when I first moved in. This place is far away from campus and their rent is going up because they are redoing a perfectly good club house. The rent for large complexes comparable to here have gone down significantly and are much closer to campus.
