The Pointe at Western isn't what you might imagine when you actually live here. Of course they have a show room, the room that is neatly cleaned up, and looks fun to live at. Well, the truth, there are a lot of break-ins, the apartment alone when I moved in felt dirty. The couches were filthy, the carpets were dirty and not replaced like they said they replaced them every year. Also, the kitchen sink was never fixed the entire time I was there. We told them numerous times about the problem, still maintenence never came. The apartment WAS cleaner after my best friend and I had moved out. Still someone went into our apartment, maybe the old roomate, and trashed the entire kitchen, the carpet was dirty, but we had power washed them BEFORE we left, and one of the bed in bedroom A was ruined...bedroom A and B had both locked the bedroom doors. It's funny that NO ONE came to check the place regulary. I took pictures before I left the apartment, and sadly, I lost them. Pretty crappy place to live.
