I lived here for a semester before I left for study abroad. I had no problems whatsoever at this complex. I found it was very clean, and I loved that it was furnished and there was a washer and dryer there. It was a bit noisy, but what do you expect' You're in a "college apartment". The price is great, and the staff was SO helpful helping me find a subleaser.
