OK, good things first. Maintenance was great. Well, that's it for good things.

This apartment complex did not feel like home. It provides only a few visitor parking spots. My friend had to park one spot over from the designated vehicle area and was towed. The towing company wouldn't let us get my friend's car back because we were 10 cents short!
There is about 10 visitor parking spots on each side of the complex with 470 total residents. So, only 20 people could have a friend over'

The noise levels are out of control all hours of the night. I'd be awaken by the sound of bass rocking my bed. People would have parties on their balconies, and throw bear bottles into the street sometimes almost hitting cars.

One of my roommates decided for everyone that we weren't allowed to use the air conditioning. The whole reason why I paid the premium for this complex was because I could have air. I need a/c for my medical condition (asthma) which my roommate didn't care about. Regardless of my medical condition, I still would think I should be allowed to use something I am paying for. When I told my complex about this problem, they said they'd call to talk to him. Well, they called but he ignored the call and never called them back. That was the end of my complex's involvement. When I asked to get permission to move out, they wouldn't let me get out of my lease. That is ridiculous.
