To put it mildly, its a piece of crap. Maintenance was somewhat attentive, but rarely actually FIXED anything.They'd always come to the apartment, but never managed to fix anything. We had someone throw up in the entryway and the management didn't send anyone for 2 weeks, until we called the health department. The pool & hot tub are out of use for about 1/2 the summer and the office staff is clueless. The brilliant towing people tow you when you have a sticker on your car. Very little visitor parking. During the winter they plow your car in so its stuck (I drive an 4x4 SUV--so its not just a mild problem.)
Always noisy--to be expected, but it does get out've hand when fellow residents are throwing bottles onto the sidewalk.
