I came in and changed my review - I initially left a raving review. I was so impressed with the entire operation....however I have since learned that you cannot judge a book by it's cover. I do have to say that Kathy is wonderful. She is a sweet, caring person. I have learned in my stay thus far that the maintenance team leaves a lot to be desired. I worry about my safety at times - there is alot of drug traffic. There's loud noise coming from cars at all hours of the night and I have witnessed several altercations outside in the parking lot - one including a severe beating. I have called 911 7 times since October. I think there is a lot going on between some residents and the maintenance staff (drug related) and it seems to get worse and worse. I have reported this several times however it has not seemed to help. There are some good people that live here and are trapped in a lease - some are getting very fed up and have also made reports of the drug activity and violence. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that the situation is under control soon.
