I regret moving here. Kathy is nice but this place needs some control. There are drugs everywhere. Meth included. A meth bust back in 04/2009 - that apartment has been tagged and will never be rented again. The buildings are old which is fine until everything begins to break, then the maintenance man and his (usually drunk) wife come to "fix things". I do not trust them in my apartment alone. The maintenance man's wife is rude, always drunk and thinks she owns the place. I wouldn't recommend moving here if you have kids.
