Noisy and Bathroom's Falling Apart

It's a good place to live if you want to drink and be loud all the time. If you like studying and passing college courses, run for the hills!!! Our bathroom ceiling was not properly ventilated and now grows mold and the paint is falling off in sheets. Now "repaired", it is still doing the same things. There is little to no parking because they shoved all the college kids together in one area and they all have their own cars, which is a bit inconvenient at 11pm on a snowy night.
