Cheap, but not a good experience

I lived here back in my Sophomore year at Western. The prices were good, it wasn't far from campus, and the units were a decent size.
After moving in, though, I realized there are issues with parking. There isn't much room so they only issue you 3 guest passes per unit (impossible to have a party). We had to resort to making a bunch of fake passes.
They are also very strict about their policies. The office staff is reasonable to deal with, but not ideal.
One good thing was the maintenance guy. He wasn't always the quickest to get to your problem but he was a cool dude and did a good job. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
