This place was so horrible I can't begin to describe it.

First, this place is not safe. The cops are there every day because this place allows absolutely anyone to live there. One of the other tennant tried to sexually assault me one day when I was coming home. The hallways always reak of pot smoke and there is always loud rap music blasting through the building.

Second, it's the noisiest place I've ever lived. You can hear people beating their kids and a pack of about 20 kids is always running around the complex screaming and swearing at each other.

Third, the apartment itself was really bad. Nothing worked properly, there are mice and god knows what else. Also, you have to practically hike a mountain to get to the first floor of the building. There are very steep concrete stair you have to climb that are very slippery in winter. I fell down the stairs once and really messed up my foot.

I will say that the rent is cheap, the staff is nice and the apartments are big - but the other tennants there don't make it worth the touble. As I was movin out, a new owner was taking over so maybe things have changed, but I highly doubt it.
