Cheap and clean

Hey, this place isn't a sultan's palace, but it is cheap and clean and well kept up. The apts. are spacious for the amt. of money that you pay and the close proximity to campus and downtown Kalamazoo. The maintenance staff has always been prompt to at least attempt repair. The current manager is nice and the mgmt. staff is very friendly. I would recommend this complex to any student.
