The landlord is an very nice person, he's professional, and to-the-point. He did his best to accomodate our move in date. The maintenance guy is incredible, and will be up the same day if possible and the next day if not. Our dishwasher was leaking, and the landlord bought us a new one no questions. It is so much brighter and cleaner than my last apartment. The floor is ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The living room is very large, which is nice because there are three other people living in this two-bedroom, and we need space in order to not be on top of one another. We have brand new carpet, brand new counters, new shower, and new appliances. Heat being included makes a huge difference in our electricity bill. At my last apartment the bill was around $120.00 a month and we were careful. Now it is only just over $20.00 for four people! I'm very happy with our decision to move here, and my room-mates are also happy.
