I am going on my second year here and i guess its a true saying, "you get what you pay for " The rent is cheap but thats because maintance is awful and managment is awful and they are very rude. they called theirselves remodeling the shower heads in the bathrooms so they had to put a hole in one of my bedrooms to get to it. the hole is still there and it is going on 2 wks. i keep calling and calling and everytime the little rude heffer in the front says shes going to call back but never does. the water smells awfull and i even had to remove my ice maker due to this. you cant even be on your porch past 10 p.m. Whenever i first moved in they didnt even have my apt ready which is why i ended up getting a 3 bedroom for so cheap. they promised me the rate would stay the same after my lease ended but as you can expect, it didnt! i even refered a friend there and they tried to give me a hard time about the referal credit. overall they are nice sized apartments for a cheap price, but with the bad managment they have their not worth living there. I am ready for my lease to be up and I am willing to pay more for an apartment then to live here. P.S make sure you read all the fine details on your lease if you move in .. they will try to rush through it, but there are many hidden things you may want to see. and also keep in mind you have to give a 60 day notice if you want to renew your lease which is insane!
