i've lived at western pines for 2 years now. my roomates and i decided to live there because it was a great deal for college kids..free internet and cable, and it didn't cost an arm or a leg. when my roomates moved out after the first year and new ones moved in, the staff was very accomidating and worked with us. they didn't even charge a security deposit or first months rent to my new roomates. any maintenence problems we've had have immediately been fixed. our oven stopped working and within a day we had a new one. the only complaint i do have is the security. my car was broken into twice during my first year, but since then i told the managers and they upped the security within the complex. overall, a great place to live. the only reason i'm moving is because they do not have one bedroom apartments.
