Overall, Weatern Pines has been so good to me. Great prices (with constant specials/renewal offers), amazing staff, quiet, etc. I even recruited 7 of my friends to move in and they are so happy they did. The walls are kinda thin but not any other place I have ever lived (its an apartment for gods sake). I like having a private 1/2 bath in my bedroom. Everything is kept up as much as needed. Of course some updating would not hurt but i am comfortable as hell :) Its so simple and painless here. Any problems you have, the staff has always been a call away. It doesnt appear at first to be "the place to be", but after living here a month, I decided I wanted to stay until i graduate. SIMPLE!!
