Positive Things:
Close to WMU campus (walking distance = no 350$ parking pass)
Rent is very reasonable
Maintence orders were always done in a timely fashion
Nice interior apartments
Decent sized rooms all around
Negative Things:
Parking absolutely SUCKS!! (there are only a handful of visitor spots for the entire complex, also if someone is in your assigned parking spot you can get them towed, which usually took over an hour = no where to park until the car is towed)
During the spring and summer times, the apartment was as hot as hell.

No A/C plus circulating hot air doesn't help.
