Lived here 3 years. The pool is NEVER open. Opens about mid june until end of july, and is closed for chemical adding every day. I have seen the pool open about 2 days this summer. Parking sucks. A person was stabbed in the parking lot. A police chase happened last month. The place is not safe, I do not feel safe staying here alone. Fridge broke, and they ordered us a new one, took a month to get it, lost all our food and they said "oh sorry." The managment used to be really good, but now it blows, lady in office is rude and doesn't care who lives here, will sign anyone up to live here which means you get crappy neighbors. Run the sex offender list and you will find 2 living here as of this moment, scarry! Maintence is bad, they smoke and cuss in the halls and in your apartment, and do not care for your items as they walk all over and move un-needed stuff out of the way. Maintence used to be good, don't know what happened to it. This place gives you extra space for your money, but remember there is no a/c. It might not sound bad at first, but since air can't move through your aparmtent since you're back to back with another unit, it reaches over 100* inside when it's only 70* outside. If you have UPS that delivers a package and you're not home, it will go to the office, which is nice. Bad thing is, they will never call you and UPS will not leave you a note, so you think you never got your package until 3 months down the road when you happen to run into the office lady. Dumpsters are always full, not enough of them, and you get charged 25.00 a bag you leave outside the dumpster. And YES they dig though until they find something with your name on it. Price is pretty cheep for being this close to campus, but after moving in you will see why. Snow removal and ice removal sucks. They do this about 10am, so if you work early or have class early, plan on digging yourself out...
