This place is not a luxury. Little college kids get their parents to sign a lease so they can live here and raise hell among the normal people. The maintenance is bad, they rely on one lazy maintenance man and his hired student lackey. They plant flowers and let the laundry rooms go to crap. The very cheap counters and bathroom vanity are only outdone by the even cheaper appliances. They don?t give a darn to notify you if they are going to work on the building, including re-roofing, sandblasting the swimming pool, or just the general hell of the very bad landscape crew. The complex is generally populated by old people, students, working class people, and a few young people who are here before buying a house. Its a bad mix and it makes for much tension. Living any closer to the local University (which is very good) will only bring more students into your life.

It's is absolutely ridiculous to classify college students as "little kids that get their parents to sign a lease so they can raise hell" that is not the case with all people and it is extremely offense to college students like me that work their ass off to pay for that apartment.
