We really enjoyed Winchell. We chose this complex becouse of it's peaceful surroundings. It was very nice and the employees of the complex were very nice and helpful. This was all true until they made the mistake of allowing college kids to move in. After this there was constent noise and thumping from the apartments around us. We even barely missed getting hit by a couch being throwen from the belcony above us. If they stop allowing the college kids in then I would go back in a heart beat.
