Have lived here for almost 6 years. Wonderful when moved in but has gotten worse as time goes on. Don?t count on them fixing anything that?s broken; the toliet above me leaked on my head for almost 3 weeks before they fixed it. The snow; they never salt or shovel even if you call about it. I fell and broke my arm and they still didn't do any better. Basically; this should stay "Kalamazoo?s Best Kept Secert" because for what you pay; this place is a ripe off!

I wrote this back in 2002. I must admitt that they did end up taking care of things and in 2008, I am still living here. The location is great. I agree that the staff changes a lot but, I have taken the time to get to know most of them and they are great!
