Problems with office staff

When I moved in the apartment was dirty and the carpet in the master bedroom and hallway needed to be replaced.

After moving out, the complex is attempting to charge me for replacing the carpet. Part of the carpet "damage" was directly caused by their maintenance staff. Maintenance torn up the carpet when moving in two major appliances that needed to be replaced. The new management is not very helpful and does not take your maintenance requests seriously.
