I've lived just about everywhere being an alumni of WMU. I can say that I grew tired of living in the party party college scene, and Winchell was the perfect place to avoid that. Aside from it's peaceful nature, the staff is very helpful, maintenance is professional and reliable, and after living in a complex (Park Terrace) where the parking lot was NEVER plowed the entire winter, I am very satisfied with their level of quality. The view from my patio doesn't hurt either. I will be living here for another year, and making the most of my time in Kalamazoo.
