I just moved here a couple months ago with my daughter and I absolutely love it here! I had to post something because the reviews on here are completely wrong about Winchell Way. The apartments are nice, although a little outdated, they are kept up very nicely! Everyone is super friendly, I've even got to meet my neighbors. The office staff is superb, so welcoming and helpful with everything. I couldn't be happier. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a SAFE and QUIET place to live :-)

Wait until you have a noisy neighbor under you, or on the hall. These buildings are substandard for sound protection. Your daughter is in your apartment. Don't forget that kids make noise too. Like running loudly.

Well if you got an issue maybe you shouldn't be living here!! My best friend lived here for 3 years and never had an issue. Maybe you should realize that these are apartments and you are going to hear things from time to time. Have you ever thought that apartment living isn't for you. Over sensitive people shouldn't live in an apartment because it's nothing like living in a house, YOU ARE LIVING RIGHT NEXT TO SOMEONE AND UNDER SOMEONE, so there's not much you can do about that. And as for my daughter, mind your own business!! Thanks but no thanks...

Some pogue there harassed my wife because he thought she was noisy, but, it was the walls creaking or some such. No one bothered to protect her from him, he was never disciplined, or apologized. Anybody there starts conversing with you, or your child, and, you don't like it, call the Police and call the Better Business Bureau.

the noise level here is the same as a college dorm. i can hear my neighbor's tv's. from above me i can hear the toilet flush, dishwasher and garbage disposal when on, vacuum cleaner when running. that's just apartment/dorm living, the trick is not to let it bother you. if it does...like the mother here says, there's always a house instead of an apartment. and yes there are a few kids here. the only noise i ever noticed from kids was about the level of playing with beachballs or playing hide-n-seek. i think *once* i heard little kids singing Happy Birthday, no problem at all.
