Terrible maintenance issues. The apartments are in a great area and have a decent layout. However, maintenance has been an issue and dealing with the front office staff has been atrocious. We had many issues in our apartment that have been a quick fix and that needed to be completed quickly

Pets I have been at summer ridge for two months. I have enjoyed my time here so far. It is a very dog friendly community. With a number of activities planed by the staff of summer ridge for pets. I had a wonderful time at the pool party for pets. My dog enjoyed the swimming and his doggy bag.

I'm a frquent visitor My brother lives in these apartments and I love visiting. We frequently use the pool on hot summer days. The staff are great with my brother and his son along with his dog jasper. Who is often in the clubhouse when he sneaks out of the house. It's close to everywhere
