Don't come here From: princess_lea21@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I really don't feel safe here going out at night at all. The laundry room is on the complete opposite side of the building. They have a health club, but all the equipment is old and awkward. I just checked out other apartments today because I hate living here. My one bedroom apartment is teeny-tiny. It was worth it when I moved in a year and a half ago for only $399/mo.,but once my lease ended, the price jumped to $529/mo. You can find much nicer, safer and bigger apartments in Kentwood for the same price they charge for a piece of the ghetto here.
