I have lived here for 2 years now and it has gotten better, but not by much. Yes, they did do some landscaping and painted the outside but everything else is still the same. The other night one of my neighbors got held up outside of our complex just for the few dollars he had in his wallet. Last year my neighbor on the 2nd floor got broken into DURING THE DAY... they came in through the slider which faces the street and no one said a word. I have also seen kids in the parking lot throwing rocks at cars. Plus the walls are paper thin.

Yes, I complain and still live here. Why because where else can you get super cheap rent - mine is back from 2005 - and have pets without extra deposit. Plus I hate moving.

I would not suggest anyone to move in here. I hate coming home in the dark and have even had a crack head violently banging on my door at 3 in the morning. He did it twice and I was ****.

Who knows the new managment might do something nice like not renewing leases or kicking people out, but that will never happen.

If you do move in make sure you check everything on the check in list as broken or trashed... and watch who is around when you get in and out of your cars!
