Breton Courts are nice!

I have lived in Breton Court for the last 2 years.
The previous reviews are awful.
It is cheap rent and decent place and you can have pets without pet rent.
The dishwasher was broke when we moved in and they replaced quickly with a new one.
The ceiling cracked and maint.
fixed promptly.
Ofcourse some neijhbors were quite anoying, which goes with any apt.
They were either evicted or moved out.
Other neighbors are very friendly.
Often had some over for dinner.
Others knocked on my door to let me know my car lights were left on.
I feel completly safe to walk my dog around the entire complex at night.
Breton East seems to be a little different world though (I don't live there but have friends that do) I belive rent is about $10 cheaper and apt may be bigger, the building looks older and not as apealing.
Still both the Breton Courts have access to the weight room and the pool.
The weights are a little old, but get the job done.
The pool is indoor and perfect of people with children.
I would recomend people to move into Breton Court.
