A pipe burst in my apartment and the apartment was negligent in doing proper water removal remediation. This lead to Mold growth in such high amounts it was deadly and ruined all my belongings. Not only would the apartment not pay a cent, they charged me for removing my belongings and rent for the remainder of the contract even though they moved me into another unit and received rent. I lost $9,000 worth of stuff and they want me to pay over $4,000 in damages and rent. I have renter's insurance that doesn't cover MOLD damage. This place has had mold problems throughout its history. I and my cat have experienced health problems. I moved here because of the price and its going to cost me much more than if I had lived in a nicer apartment building that takes care of its tenants and are honest, fair-minded owners. This has been the worst experience of my life and I can't tell you enough, "DON'T DO IT!".

Terrible, terrible place. Burning the entire complex down isn't enough. They need to completely bulldoze it like they did Amsterdam Ghetto, and the management needs to be put in prison for endangering the lives of the tenants. If I were you, I'd sue. Not only for the loss of your belongings, but damages for ENDANGERING YOUR HEALTH. Do it, as THEY were negligent, NOT YOU. DON'T be pushed around by those ------- -------.

I agree with "anonymous" above.....SUE them! Not only that, report them to the Kent County Health Department, and on top of all that, get Target8 involved - Henry Erb may do a story on this dump. A friend of mine lived there many years ago and had wolf spiders all the time. It was a dump back then.
