We haven't lived here that long yet, however I can see some problems already. Trash everywhere, cops here on a regular basis, however we love our apartment. It exceeded our expectations (we may have gotten lucky - brand new carpet and all new appliances). The neighbors aren't the greatest - nobody works so nobody leaves, which equals problems. The office staff has been very helpful, and maintenence was at our door in a timely fashion. Right now we are "waiting to see" what happens and then go from there. This place does have its problems though....the trash is an eyesore - and some of the residents probably should be in jail.
We'll see....
