My neighbor told me to look at the website, and make any comments if necessary. I felt I had to after the bad rap Breton East is getting. I have only lived here for 1 year so far, but from what my neighbor who has lived here for 4 has told me, they have come a long way when New Management stepped in.

I have had no problems, and I have already renewed for my June lease expiration.

As to the person that said they were charged for the poo fines, I live in your building, and you didn't pick up after your dog, and you should be ashamed of yourself.
you may have put it as anynymous, but we know who you are, and you didn't pick up one pile over the whole winter. And when the snow melted, you know what we all saw.

I am surprised they even renewed to you, I guess that is why you had to get ride of your dog.

Well, enough of that.
Breton East does neat things for us, like they just gave all residents that wanted them, free flats of flowers to landscape in front of our buildings, or our balconies.

But he one important thing is, they allow me to have my dogs. Yes, Dogs. They allow up to two, and I didn't have to pay any extra for them, not even a pet deposit.

I couldn't find that anywhere. Yes, this is not a luxuary community, nor anything close, put it is kept in great shape, and they don't charge an outstanding amount. If anyone does apt shopping before they make a decision, they would know this.

It is worth the money, and even more.

As my neighbor would say, keep up the great work.
