There is no new management. I used to work for this company and this is a ploy. Brookline uses two different names. Believe me this management company still owns Breton East. As far as the new manager, the old one is now the area manager. If you think that things will be different do not fall for the tactics that this company uses. There are major issues with any property that this company owns. If you are interested you can go onto the Better Business Bureau ans see for yourself. There are at least three cities that I know of that have sued Brookline to make this company repair the complexes that they own. Beware before you fall into the trap that Brookline places.
