Worse place I've ever lived

I have lived here for a year and I have hated it since the day I moved in.

The maintenance group is lazy and do shotty work.

I had mice for five months, had a burt out outdoor light that I asked to be replaced four times, had drug dealers for neighbors, heard gun shots and was told, "it was probably a kid playing off of their balcony".

My apartment was flooded and they did nothing for me, it was unlivable and disgusting.

The managment team is worthless, unaccountable and rude.

This place is absolutely grosse, do everything you can to avoid it.
