I have been living in Breton Easy for almost 2 years now and I must say that it is going down hill fast. If you have kids at all then this is not the place to live. People smoke in the hallways. There is always dog poop everywhere and in the winter time residents just let their dogs go in the middle of the side walk. People party every weekend and the cops are always here for domestic violence issues. My truck has been broken into twice within the last 6 months and my neighbor's motorcycle was stolen. Everytime I would talk with mangement they would just tell me whatever I wanted to hear but would not take any action. The price may be appealing but not worth the additional issues. They just changed their named to Ashton Woods.
