I've lived here for 5 years now with a minimal amount of problems.
I like that parking spots are always available in front of my building.
I like my neighbors-lots of different kinds of people, young and old.
I like the location-easy to get anywhere.
If you have problems they get resolved quickly. I go to the Neighborhood Watch meetings whenever I can and appreciate the fact that they offer them.

Are you sure you don't work for them or are actually living in this area? 3 months on the lease and the AC has broken which they refused to repair for over a week, The frig was reported to have been making knocking sounds and now it doesn't work at all, still not important enough to fix. Do you walk around the property? or do you just not have a problem with small children being around drugs (dime bags, weed, and syringes)? Some 3rd world countries are a step up from this place. I've been and seen! The only thing that makes it "country" like is that they have trees and grass.
