Hidden Lakes Apartments

Great place, Great people From: 96SS Date posted: 8/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My family and I recently moved into a 2bdrm (upgrade)and we love it. Before finding Hidden Lakes we had been to a dozen or more rental communities in the GR area. Not one of them offered the floorplans, upgrade options, or overall warmth that we felt here at Hidden Lakes. Upon our 1st visit we were able to look at 3 different units with no pressure that our leasing agent was too busy to help us. In contrast to York Creek where we were told we could only view 1 unit because the agent there just didn't have the time to show us what they offered (Horrible customer service at the very least!). My fiancee stopped in one day about 3 weeks ago and the regional manager actually took the time to show her a few other units that were available. Needless to say I thought that really represented how dedicated the management team really is to go the extra mile. The work that their maintenance staff performed was outstanding ie: new carpet, wood flrs, new appliances, new fixtures, look professionally installed. When driving through the complex you will see work being done all over. Looks like a push to really update the property as a whole. Overall we are very happy with our expierience here at Hidden Lakes. We really want to thank Jaquelyn for her time, patience, and extra effort in helping us feel like we found a new place to call home. Thanks to Ben as well!! If your looking for a great place to call home and you have not been to HL then this should be your next stop.
