Moved into the apartments because we got a good deal but after our lease was up they jacked the prices to renew. Most of the staff is pretty friendly to deal with but the manager is unprofessional, rude, and less than willing to help the tenants. I would strongly recommend against choosing Old Farm Shores based on the management alone. Plenty of other choices out there. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

We have a studio apt. @ Old Farm Shores on the lake side. My husband is looking forward to fishing soon. Recently we had a problem with the hot water heater and Old Farm Shores accessed the problem and replaced it soon after our complaint. I would certainly give an overall very good rating, to Maintenance/Noise/Grounds/Office Staff. We are very comfortable living in the neighborhood. Have not experience a rate increase as of yet. My husband would like to get parking in the carport area, that is our only concern. Sorry you are experiencing problems.
