The parking is horrible. We have someone that lives upstairs from us and they have three cars, plus their boyfriends which totals 5 cars....we only have 5 spots in front of our side of the building.
If you live under someone....it is very loud and we only have one person in the apartment above us. They had to re-do the floor upstairs from us, but it is still loud. I know when he is home and I shouldn't. Expensive for what you get!
Outside of that, everything else is good.

I COULDN'T AGREE WITH YOU MORE. The guy above me is a total pain in rear. Noise? It's like you pay for the noise, along with the apartment. It's ridiculous. Everything else is great but they if your looking for 'sound proof', this isn't it!
