A Great Place to Stay

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
Lived there on two different occasions, both times for a year each (99-00 and 01-02). I had 2nd level with cathedral ceilings, 2 bed, and 2 bath. For the price, I couldn't beat it. I 'shopped' around at some other nice complexes in the area, but Indian Lake Village was just as sharp as any, and a better value.
Noise wasn't much of an issue (maybe it's the 2nd level thing), unless you had some random idiot yelling out in the entry foyer. I didn't experience any problems with maintenance and the staff was cool. The only gripes I can think of are the carport assignments seemed a little off, but not that big a deal, and there wasn't an automatic checking/bank deduction option to pay the rent.
A great place to stay. Peaceful and remote feeling. As with anywhere else (home niegborhood or apartment complex), the only thing that can make it a pain is if you get the occasional, stray-loser or band of low-lifes that happen to weasle their way into your community. I'd raise the security deposite.
